- Fire Protection Doors are a necessity in any Data Centre, as they will prevent the spread of a fire if one had to occur. In this installation, we used a dock shelter with a self-adjusting top section that automatically adapts to different vehicle heights and vertical movements. The vehicle reverses into the curtain shelter which seals it off with flexible side and top curtains, giving weather protection during the loading and unloading process. The dock leveller installed is the Combidock, which eliminates the need for different ramp heights. It is advisable to equip every frequent loading area with at least one Combidock so that vehicles of all sizes can be efficiently handled.
